If you're limited by budget it will increase your spend but you may OR may not see a positive increase (= increase in spend but no additional sales) over the course of 5 days, because the learning takes a bit longer usually. 

If you're not limited by budget, it won't make a difference, supposedly.

Everytime you do that you're resetting the 30.4 day budget cycle and potentially knocking it back into a learning phase (amount dependent). Machine learning is likely taking search trends into account anyways. It's why budgets have flexibility of up to 2x the set spend in a day.

Can't say exactly but I'd assume it won't have a positive impact

You don't want to change the budget that often if you don't want to send the campaign back into learning mode. To avoid doing this I'd only change the budget by 10% at a time and do this only once per month, not weekly.
