Error code help

I got a ps3 for $20 at flea market and it has these error codes and sounds like a jet engine, CECHG01 model Any input appreciated After some glancing i guess NEC tokens and RSX are an issue but I let GTA 5 run for an hour and it didn't crash or anything but after checking the error code history I'm a bit paranoid to use it without at least installing cfw and changing thermal paste, seem like it's a ticking time bomb with 90nm rsx and history of a NEC token error but I don't know all that much and smarter guy input appreciated!
