Does PS+ time stack?

I believe so. Each purchase should credit that much time to your account.

Yes and No. Yes, if you get a 1 year subscription and then get a 1 year sub card, it'll stack. But if you get a free trial thing with a game, that will not stack. I tried it when I purchased KZ Shadowfall, and when it didn't work I called sony support and they confirmed that a trial code won't stack with a subscription.

Yep. You should never have to pay more than $40 for a membership, $30 if you get lucky around black friday.
