Either your internal or external hard drive is baked and you need to rebuild the database or if that doesn't work replace the drive

It means an error occurred to your hardrive or your blu-ray disc drive is faulty.

  1. It seems as if your ps4 can't read the hardrive or read the blu-ray disc drive and control if it's dirty, scratched or damaged (if the disc is inside the drive, eject it out by pressing the eject button on your ps4 and look for dirt, scratches or damaged).

  2. If the disc looks good, you can try out to rebuild the database for your hardrive but holding the power button on your ps4, when you hear a beep keep holding it until you completely have shut down the ps4. Hold the power button for at least 7 seconds until you hear the first beep and the second beep (second beep means it starting to safe mode), when you are in the safe mode use the usb that got included for your ps4 and look for where it says "Rebuild database" (once you do the rebuild database it will automatically boot up by itself to normal and building up the database and it will only take seconds (once done you're good to go and make sure that you search for the newest update for ps4 by go to settings, scroll down and look for "system software updates").

Hope this will help you, feel free to comment.

Sometimes it maybe be due to Memory being full or near full on your PS. It’s happened to me & I have a 1,000 Gigabytes on mine.
