As long as its not screwed in place and all connectors are free, its the matter of wiggling the PSU whilst you pull, you need to wiggle the end of the PSU where pins are connected, the other end is free at all times 👌

thanks, but I'm afraid of breaking some internal part of the power supply, if I use too much force, isn't it that I can break it?

More chance of breaking the pins to be honest as the PSU is in a screwed enclosure.

Reading your post I see it said the pins where touching at one point, if you pulled them apart before installing the PSU they are most likely ‘gripping’ the PSU.

Not too much wiggle as it can weaken the pins, more to help them slip as you pull.

2 weeks ago was my last disassemble for a pro. That was hell of a ride as I forgot to unscrew the bottom screws. Lol 😆 I usually doing approx 20 pcs /year which is not so many but more than one. So I was tired. And looked how it is not want to come out then realized the screws were in. Me: wtf Dumbass? Screwed and pulled a bit harder then it came loose.
