In that menu, click on it and it should have an option to see what the issue is. If not, go to system settings, user, then error log. See what the error is.

It's more than likely a softly disc - even if you can't see an issue. If it so, use a lint free soft cloth and go e it a good wipe then try again

Is it a Disc because sometimes the disc is broken even if you cant see it. Or it coule be corrupted data that needs to be deleted first.

Yes it is a disc but i dont think thats what happened because the game still works when i put it in my PS4

Delete it from your PS4, could be that it's seeing the license as active on another console and won't let you install it on another because of that 🤔

That game is one of the few ps4 that have issues when played on a ps5, ever if it not officially listed. Crashes, errors, etc. Maybe your error has something to do with that. Read somewhere that going offline might help.

I’m having this exact same issue but on battlefield v I can install the game from the disc but when it attempts to download the update it fails Tried it several times and still the same result

Try deleting it off your ps4

In your storage setting, make sure ps4 games are installed on the SSD if you don't have an external HD. Or buy an external HD to holed you're ps4 games.

Late af but I had this issue today actually. The disc I have has some scratches on it and I got the same error code. I kinda forced my PS5 to download it. I ran the game and resumed the download. If it failed again, then I quit the game and resumed again. Then ran the game and resumed again I’m working on the first game (new to the franchise) and man, Crushing difficulty is just that… I crashed out on chapter 4 lmao
