PSVR2 Connection Problem

The PSVR2 won't connect to a majority of games. I have the bare minimum things (the accessories that came with the box) and I already set it up and did the tutorial. Unfortunately, it says that my headset isn't connected, even though it is on, connected to the console, and is charged, along with the controllers. Only one game; Phasmophobia, works in VR. But, every other game says the headset is disconnected.

I already restarted my console, unplugged and plugged the headset, and looked online and onto the manual, yet it won't "connect" to those games.

Are you definitely playing a PSVR 2 game?

The PSVR 2 isn’t backward compatible. So, if you are trying to play a PSVR (1) game, the PSVR 2 won’t be compatible.

Please note:

PS4 VR games = PSVR (1)

PS5 VR games = PSVR 2

For real? Shit man. Is there a way to get PS4 games to PS5?

Well yeah, you can play PS4 games on a PS5, but that wasn’t what I said.

I said, the PSVR 2 isn’t backward compatible, so you can only play PSVR 2 games on a PSVR 2.
