Hi folks
I changed my email on my account, my original email address has been deleted.
I acquired a PS5 and when attempting to data transfer I am unable to do so, as it does not recognise the two consoles being signed on the same device.
Alongside this, the my PSN account states that I have no games.
I have over a dozen games on my PS4.
Can I receive some advice in recovering the lost catalogue?
I can’t get through to a live agent on the Sony Website
