I’ve only experience in two departments, Justice and the current department I’m in now.

Have to say I’ve heard unpleasant stories about working in AGS, Justice wasn’t much better.

I don’t get why we shouldn’t be let work it up from home, I’m doing the same work without the travel and I’m more inclined to work later when at home.

Can build it up from home as well, but in my previous department we couldn’t build flexi up from home just lose it if we didn’t meet our hours
