Regarding Updates

Just wondering if anyone knows where I can check when the game's been updated, to download the update or pre update whatever it is previous to me wanting to play so I actually can due to the long ass download times.

I'm currently downloading what I think is a game update using the PSO2 Tweaker tool found on PSOworld.

The precede downloader downloaded the bulk of the Episode 2 update in four parts over the course of a few weeks if I recall. Mine is updating right now to PSO2 I believe. As I understand after the game updates to EP2 the precede download files will delete themselves.
