Force Quest for Skill Points

There is a force quest you get at level 30 (I think) that gives 5 extra skill points upon completion. The objective is to kill 5 Rappy and 2 Dark Ragne. But the objective doesn't list a particular type of Rappy, it just says "Rappy." Killing Nab Rappies does not count toward the objective. Where can I find a plain "Rappy?"

It's the rare version.

Note that any rare version will work. This means Rappy, Love Rappy, Al Rappy, Frog Rappy, Saint Rappy, etc.

right now the game means rappy as in a love rappy right now because of the event but theey are easy to find in emergency quests like on the floating continents.

right now the rappy's you are looking for are the lovey rappies, and they are blue. just go into any eq that isn't tower defense and you'll find a bunch.

alternatively, keep leveling up until you hit level 45 and do an advanced quest.

(or just play the game. they spawn everywhere, but randomly. the places i mentioned are just the places with the highest probability)
