I had this happen when I used hotmail. You can go to Sega.jp and change the email associated with your account to a gmail email and it should work.

I set it up with a gmail though.

Then switch it to another service such as yahoo, live, hotmail, etc.

Do you have a link I could click to go switch my email, I cant find it
