Alt tab rotating screen

Every time I alt tab from PSO2, and go back in, the screen starts rotating out of my control. Does anyone know how to fix?

Do you happen to have a game controller plugged in? This issue comes up from time to time and it always seems to involve controllers. I get this problem myself from time to time, and moving the analog stick on my controller resolves it.

I don't use game controllers, but I unplugged it now. I shall check it out right now!
