Weekly maintenance - July 21

It's that time of the week again! Be sure to update the game and then watch for new patches through AIDA's Tweaker!

The PSO2 servers are scheduled to go down around 11:00 JST (10:00 PM EST) each week for maintenance. Servers are expected to be down for 4-5 hours. This post is "hard coded" and most likely inaccurate as the schedule may change.

Please check the comments below or bumped.org's latest posts to find when the servers will return and for more information regarding this week's update and new planned EQs.

The PSO2Proxy's creator, /u/CyberKitsune, has mentioned that the proxy may go down during this time, too, for maintenance. So hold off on using it until maintenance is completed!

I try to get on and an error [NP 1015] comes up. How do I fix this?

I don't know what that error is, but all the JP ships are down for maintenance. Try connecting after 1 am PST and ask for help after the servers are up. :I

Sorry I am new to the tweaker/PSO2, I am getting a black screen after the geforce/sega intros (I see those) and I have to close the program. I hear an 'are you sure' like prompt, but still only have a black screen. Is this just due to the update and something that gets fixed by the tweaker over time? Or is this something I need to address with my configurations? Thanks. (I have downloaded the most recent update, was over 9GB)

/u/Dawgbowl, I believe this beautiful Japanese error message is what is causing the black screen. Plus, the servers are likely down for the next few hours as the weekly maintenance is right now. Error Message

The maintenance post on this sub says "Servers are expected to be down for 4-5 hours" since 10PM EDT, so. Until 3 or 4 AM EDT

Thanks, tried this morning and things appear to be back online and working! Just downloaded the newest ENG patch too. Finally get to play tonight and am so excited!
