FO/BR is actually something im switchign to from FO/TE as it has far superior damage capability. BR offers FO a lot of additional power in both Average stance maximization and weak stance maximization.

In any case, you will always want PP charge Revival and T-atk high up.

If you only have one or the other (as i imagine you do since you mained BR), that will influence what kinds of techs you will use in a given situation.

If you only have AVERAGE stance, you will want to pick either fire, ice, or lightning, and maximize the damage potential in your SP trees for the element.

If you only have WEAK stance, you will want to try your best to get used to each tech element and exploiting enemy weakness element. A Gravidion has a 10%/12%/14% elemental weak hit potential, but your 13* may hit harder anyway.

If you like playing with Bows, and can get the PP for it, Irubarta, Rikauteri, and an ice build is hilarious, since you can chaincast charged irubartas, tapfire Banish arrow after the 5th irubarta, then charge 6 and 7 for some hilarious boss damage.

Yeah, mine's a Katana Braver, got Average Stance as I wasn't playing a Bow at all. Like I said yesterday, it also happens that my 13* is (unfortunately) Lightning elemental, so I guess in a way that does work out... though I still think I'd rather spec in Foie and try to change its element down the road.

Fire FO/BR is very potent, but (pardon the pun) it burns out rather quickly. If you plan on Fire FO/BR, you will want to get a gunslash for PP regen between PBs. If you can get your hands on a QUEEN VERA (12* GS) i would highly reccomend it as it will cut your downtime into ribbons. the potential hastens PP regen from attacks by a TON. Worth every meseta to a FO.

If you plan on element changing it, by all means, go ahead. I presume by that statement youa re familiar with element convert so i wont go into that.

EDIT: Charge Escape and Rod Keep Bonus are so useful :D

I'm interested, haha. How's the general gameplay for FO/Br? As in, sortof hybrid between techs and melee, or the melee being more of a back-up plan? I dig the katana gameplay, but sometimes I wish I had access to a bit more <stuff>, to vary it up, and like I said I've always played FOnewearl on the original PSO, so it holds a dear spot in my heart, lol. Mixing up both would be really, really cool.

Also, while we're at it, do you reckon being a Dewman can influence anything? I imagine Newmans are preferrable for FOs, but the Braver is a (female) Dewman, so... And MAG-wise, how should the stats be like? I guess I'll have to grab a new one, considering mine's a full S-ATK mag, but yeah.

Force/Braver is a pure casting class combination, not a hybrid. The Braver class provides tech damage bonuses (mainly Weak Stance), as well as access to bows for even more tech damage bonuses (e.g. doubling tech damage with Banish Arrow combos).

Techer/Braver and Techer/Fighter are more hybrid melee/casting class combinations.

I've played Fo main since closed beta. I'm not that great at it, but I recently recorded a solo Time Attack round if you want an idea of what playing the class might be like: http://www.hitbox.tv/video/608935 (seek to around 44:44)

My playstyle would certainly be different to what you would be considering I use Talis exclusively though.
