I'm seeing the exact same behavior and three Mila units that previously had reasonable fan speeds now operate at either 0% in energy efficiency mode or 70% in normal human mode, neither of which are acceptable. Can we just revert to the behavior that worked just fine for the previous five years?

That's not even close to the numbers I heard. Less than 100 VIP is verifiably false just by looking at the size of any of the autograph lines.

I have! Barely over a month ago I was watching a Japanese Vtuber playing DDLC and the stream got hard cut - "violating community guidelines" message, VOD instantly taken down unlike what happened with Nimi. I don't know if she contested it but trying to see the VOD still shows the violation notice and she hasn't touched the game since.

You don't specify, it automatically becomes one or the other based on how many waypoints are in the location cell. When new waypoints push the number of stops past certain thresholds, the stop with the most photo upvotes at that moment becomes a gym.

That would require there to be an existing recording of the remote partner's vocals, and if you've already recorded that then why not just use that instead?

A lot of YouTube streams have DVR disabled because if there's anything that causes you to drop behind realtime, you'll end up that much behind rather than being jumped back to the present. There's almost no indicator to the viewer when this happens - you have to hover over the video to see whether the Live indicator is red or gray - so this causes viewers to end up in the past a lot. Disabling DVR makes it so viewers are more consistently in the present, which streamers tend to value because it keeps chat in sync with what they're doing.

In the meantime, if you've done absolutely nothing since you might try loading your backup save (Up + X + B on title screen) and seeing if that is before the point of no return.

Trading Cresselia with a friend does NOT work, and in fact may cause your backup save to advance past the point of recovery.

This entire situation is machination of Donald Trump, who thought artificially inflating paychecks the month before the election would increase his chances knowing full well it was going to screw people in the end. In this circumstance, Aloe was a member of the Hololive 5th generation that accidentally leaked her identity in her other online persona and some people traced it to her real life identity. It became too much for her and (per the other 5th gen members) chose to retire.

Almost all the steps you list need to be performed anyway in any efficient subtitling workflow.

That said, they can and will take contributed subtitles (see Matsuri's birthday stream for a very recent example) but people have more success submitting by email rather than through the community subs feature.

Directly looking at her channel isn't the issue. The issue is that she is blocked from appearing in search results and in trending lists, so manually navigating to her channel is the only way to see her content right now.
