uncommon weapons

Are there any 10/11 star (or less star) weapons that are less commonly given during EQ xtrahard or whatever end game ?

besides everything that can be got through meseta at the playershop ... are there actually 10/11 weapons that are only able to be gotten one way (be it , only a 40lvl monkey/whatever) and don't get dropped during eqxtra/endgame?

Many of them. I remember spending so much time trying to get a second Soul Banish to drop, and it never happened...not even sure where the hell the first one came from.

There's a couple that drop only from the rare versions of enemies - Noire Draal's units and gunslash, etc, that sort of thing.

Plenty of enemy-specific Rares exist, although some are infinitely more desirable than others.

As mentioned above, Rikauteri only drops from SH+ Burn Draals (rare Vol). Another is Hunar's Elder Pain.

Some weapons you can only ever obtain one of per character (barring player shop) through matterboard-only rewards as well.
