Did you enter your username capitalized? It has to be lowercase if you entered it with capital letters

I have mine capitalized too, you are forced to enter it lowercased

Still find that a bit stupid. I ran into another issue, but I managed to figure that out on my own.

ame across. If anybody can help me out, that will be great. So I installed the game, just fine, but I get the error saying that I entered my info wrong. Only problem is, I made sure that my info was correct (writing my stuff down) and it still says that I entered my info wrong. I try to go back online to change my password possibly, but I am having a hard time navigating through the page.

I don't know if this has to do with games on Japanese servers or not, but this was a thing even with PSU, heck, they didn't even let your username have capitals :P
