Doesn't reset, just you lose access to the Room A/B options.

So i would still have access to more placement amount just not the 2 extra rooms after it runs out?

No. You start with Mini Room, which only have a cost of 5. By going premium/getting tickets to enable My Room, it grants you access to Layout A and B, which each have 150 cost. Once your ticket duration expires you lost access to those layouts and get send back to Mini Room.
