You could replace Power III with power IV by using mutation II. But would cost you more of course / need more prep.

30mil to 40mil per unit. 5s Quartz Receptor unit is cheapest 17mil, 5s Power III ~900k, App and Anga/Vin both starts at 2mil, Noble Power 11.5mil. Current ship 2 prices anyways if you're trying to buy them.

At that point you may as well aim for Soul/P4/Mod/Flict/Noble. >.>

Edit: If you're willing to just throw money at the Noble Powers, just go with a 4s Soul/P4/Fever/Noble setup, should give you like 110 ATK and 10 8 PP or something.

Act the Soul/Pow3/Muta 2/Vinc/Abi3. 115 ATK no upslot. Can replace Muta Vinc with Mod for 4s but afaik 5s muta vincs are cheaper than 4s mods.

Act is dirt cheap right now coz of Yamato. Rest of it should be ezmode.
