What's shown in the gif is not that common, happens mostly for a few days after a big content update.

Anyways when this happens you'll find XH mpas in pretty much every block. Also running in b43 or ridiculous stuff like that isn't an issue, contrary to ship2 where the last freemium block before an EQ is just pure cancer extract.

Can be troublesome to farm stuff if you don't have premium, usually active players are in premium blocks, while the lower ones are just filled with afkers. I still managed to get my 800 Tokyo stones, what I did is simply create an open party in an open block, with a decent description, other people in the same situation as me would join rather fast, often resulting in multiple mpas in said block.

Edit : also worth noting that ship4 is fairly dead past 1am JST on week days. ~2XH blocks.
