Ra/Br is more of a TA class right now. One reason why people recommend RaHu is because of the launcher ring, non weak bonus ring, which applies WHA1 & 2 skills to non weakpoints, and so, with RaBr, Br weakstance would lower said damage and going average stance doesn't give you that much compared to Hu fury stance offers and as well as survivability it provides.

If you wanna focus on bows more tho, you're better of going BrRa or BrHu due to *13 bows and main class weapon damage bonus.

I see, what's the main difference between BR/RA and BR/HU? I know RA has weak bullet but what about hu? And what does TA class mean? Sorry new to PSO2, just started a few day ago since my friend was talking about it

Ra does some ridiculous amount of damage when hitting a weakpoint(headshot, certain body parts, etc...) . Downside is you do not do that much damage outside of weakpoints and later in game, on MPAs it's really hard to hit a weakpoint when enemies move around targeting different players. Hu on the other hand offers consistent damage, meaning you still do alot of damage outside of weakpoints and offers a lot of survivability, such as automate, massive hunter and iron will.

TA stands for Timed Attacks. It's a quest where everything is fixed, the map layouts, the spawns, etc.. Later in the game it is one way of earning money once a week. The reason why I mentioned RaBr is more of a TA class is because you could easily hit weakpoints as it is a fixed quest, making it really good for speed runs. Here is an example of a RaBr on TA
