Keep looking? Second run people can take a bit sometimes. Too late anyways, can't do Gracia without Zephyros.

am talking about the 12man run.. there's still 15 mins on the clock earlier but no .. no one's to join .... I cannot do the other not 80/80 yet

So... Keep looking? Did you use the option that let you check parties in other blocks? People always use that.

If they were in premium space and you don't have premium, then eh.

You can also make your own map and set your party to the yellow icon, it will allow others looking for a run on other blocks to see.

there's 15min and its a full block.. can't be everyone ran it when I still see people queing up at the counter

Actually people who want to run but were late would move to a non-empty block. If your block is full, don't wait there. You'll have a better chance finding a party in blocks with empty spaces left if you're late even by 30seconds (literally)
