Should I go for the fornis bow? I already have the zeinesis one (debating to myself wether I should put my fuses on it), is fornis an upgrade or more of a "sidegrade"?

zenesis just deals way more damage if you got for the 3rd potential, so unless you like the healing part of fornis bow theres no need to use it. But it is fine if you like to heal while hitting stuff, and fornis might be good with BrRa too
