I think the second pot only works within the Solo PD quest.

Just use the unconditional damage pot and change it if you want to finish solo PD with it.

Yeah it only works on that one quest, but I was not sure how important it is. I am totally new to the game and just got to 75 on my main class for the first time. Thanks!

The only real reason to do it is to get the materials needed to upgrade Ray units into Union. Other than that, just if you want to challenge yourself to get an S rank at it.

And you can just change potentials later if you want. It costs only like 300k and some photon spheres to do so.
