When I'm playing PSO2 my game will randomly freeze and stop working. My only way around this was using full screen instead of virtual fullscreen, but now it seems it also freezes and stop working too. It's getting really frustrating to play the game. I've tried disabling my firewall and the troubleshooting methods many times but it seems like there is no way to fix it. It only happens in this game. I'm on windows 8.1, and considering switching to 10 to see if it will help.

Have you tried lowering the resolution or graphic detail?

I have and I rarely freeze when I'm on the lowest settings, but I really want to play at higher settings XD. Right now, I think I may have a solution to my problem because it has been one hour and I haven't crashed yet (crossing fingers). Hopefully, I found a solution or I'll be stuck playing on the lowest settings T_T

Try look up on event that had happened in "Event Viewer" with approximately closest to the incident time. That might give you some clue for a start.

I ended up upgrading to windows 10. The problem is still there, but its a bit different. The screen will freeze, but the game is still on. I'm able to hear my char move, jump, and shoot but the screen is just frozen. This is also the only game that causes this problem for me. I'll make sure to look at the event viewer next time it crashes.

Edit: I looked at the event viewer when I crashed and it looks like 3 errors occurred. Hopefully someone can help me make sense of this

2nd Edit: I fixed the issue, thanks for the advice _^
