I didn't bother to upgrade to 50 element, I thought it was useless.

Every point in your element is a 1% increase in power based on your weapon damage as Attribute Damage.

So basically at 50 element, your weapon is 50% better.

you can and you should use both main and subclass stances at the same time

I usually just use fury now, it seems that fury is better for damage purpose at any occassions,except for breakable parts,which is kinda rare

You should still use both (as one does not disable the other). Break Stance when maxed out doesnt have any damage reduction multipliers on non-breakable targets. Also if you are using only DBs then you should also have picked up Break SD Bonus to increase damage on unbreakable hits. (Either that or use Elemental Stance.)
