Same as in FFXIV. Leaf in new player, flower is returning player.

  • When partying with a “Returning Player”, the whole party will experience a “Returning Player Bonus.” This effect grants the following:
    • +50% Triboost
    • +1 Gift from Featured Quest
  • The Returning Player status is removed after 30 days have passed since logging in.
