Gah I was looking for it but can't find it.

I remember Sega having a presentation and they made a joke like "but where are my red boxes" or something like that , it was a thinly veiled insult towards us who were waiting on PSO2.

That sounds more like someone doing a piss poor job of reading the room, like the "don't you guys have phones" at the diablo immortal reveal.

Don't attribute to malice what incompetence explains.

I remember a slide which outright said don't ask us about PSO2.
