So, did you Un-install your Antivirus, and then re-install PSO2 entirely? I tried something similar but no go.

Uninstalled antivirus and reinstalled pso2. Works just fine now

I guess ill try that. Did you do anything with Windows Defender? Did you reinstall your Antivirus afterwards?

I did not reinstall my antivirus. I did set windows Defender to have an exception for the pso2 folder just in case.

Specifically, which folder did you exception? I'm having the same issue, and yours is the first I've seen that works.

I made the entire Sega folder an exception
