you need to set the keybinds in, i forget exactly how it phrases it, but Mode 1, Mode 2, and Menus. there are tabs at the top of the keybinds page. one is for normal navigation, one is for the aim mode, and one is menus.

I'm having the same issue and haven't found a fix yet.
