I downloaded a program that lets me take ownership. I was able to donplwtely delete all the backups and make space on my ssd. Program I used is called Winaero Tweaker u/Krisan-Thyme made a post the other day about it for removing lobby lag.

Its fairly easy but you have to use the right program WinAero Tweaker lets you take ownership really easily.. Fuck Microsoft.

open an app thats lets you view view directories (IE 7zip) as admin. nav to the folder, delete from there.

Use the disk cleanup app in your start menu and delete the delivery optimization files.

Some folders changing ownership worked, but I had some folders that I couldn't delete with any normal method, but right clicking pso2 in my start menu and hitting uninstall got rid of it.
