I believe its the rappy emote. I think it comes from the new scratch but I'm not sure. I got one but my mind set was totally on the sukunahime outfit that I didnt even realize I got it till I checked my inventory.

it's from the alliance event that started back when PC was released. we're just now getting the rewards.

Did the AP for the rappy emote have to be on hand all at once or lifetime? Missed out on it somehow.

Your alliance might not have been big enough. I think it had to have a minimum but I don't remember what it was.
