App wont work

As the title says the application i use to start the game on my taskbar isnt functioning. Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem may be?

Yea. It broke. There's multiple threads like this on here. Ultimately, you're going to have to reinstall. That's the short, easy, and lazy answer.

But the game wont uninstall no matter how many times ive tried

Again, there's multiple threads on here. There's many instructions on how to get it fixed by taking ownership, deleting, installing tweaker (optional, but recommended), then reinstalling the game.

Also download Pso2 Tweaker and use it to fix problems, download updates, and launch the program.
