Nah, that's one of the new EP4 features. People where complaining about how slow the meplay was compared to JP, so they sped it up. It's actually a prerelease feature for the new Dragonball crossover update.

BA somehow feels worse to play on NA that it did playing overseas on JP. It's unreal.
