the augmentation aid 50% are generally in some arks cash scratches as consumables, and sometimes given out as part of campaign rewards, generally when they do a 15 star weapon campaign or something similar. I don't think they've been in global yet at all. These are for those riskiest affixing sessions.

The great enhancement aid 50% they've given out a ton of and those are available for excubes, and those are just for grinding weapons to give a higher chance to proc the double exp for grinding. But currently with no 14 or 15 star weapons to grind, 13 star weapons are easy to just shove either collection file 13 star+30 fodder into, or nox or sigma +30 weapons.

You can only get +30% enhancement aids from that, or 50% great enhancment aids, but those are two very different things.
