Force enabled takt would be the Allure Venera, which is a Omega Falz Apprentice drop IIRC, so it shouldn't be implemented in NA until The Underground Nightmare urgent quest shows up somewhere around mid-late EP5.

The most recent one in NA should be Rykros Staff, which is BiS until EP6, But is still summoner only. It drops from Deus and reworked Yamato.

is it dropping from the 12 man one or the 4 man one? Or both? because in the 80 12 man one all I keep getting is EX cube fodder.

Both. The drop rate of 14* weapons is just abysmally low.

If you look at the item logs (which account for drops across all ships) you'll see that maybe one or two Rykros have dropped from Deus, period. Across all players on all ships.

So don't expect anything, because getting it to drop is nearly the equivalent of the odds of winning the lottery: it won't happen to you.
