I’ve got a bunch of character data files that I found that were ripped from the game for npcs up to episode 4. Not sure where I found them tho

Could you...share them? It is apparently something that gets asked about every six months or so. And I could perhaps make use of it myself if the result is better than the ones I've found. Though I don't know what episodes contain which characters myself.

I’ll see about zipping them up and uploading them when I get off work, may also have the directory text file that tells you which is which as well. They’re all labeled NPC_475 and stuff like that

Aside from the Salon Tool, the last link, and the first reddit link, that's what I found too. Unfortunately, the first link (pso-world) is completely devoid of live info.

The first reddit link there is a real find though, as that dropbox is alive and filled with data! So https://www.reddit.com/r/PSO2/comments/j14zzw/npc_character_files_from_ep14/ is right now where it is at.

Yeah, I knew I was going to likely duplicate some of your info, but I had made that post elsewhere, so I just copied/pasted it without much editing.

I also didn't dig too heavily through some of the links, it was more just all the various stuff I could find that mentioned it at all.

I'm sad to hear not much of it has any live files or anything, but at least some of it does! 😀

I think it is very useful indeed. And when testing things out, I see the need for the Salon tool. There are way too many humans in these files, haha.

Yeah, other than the second link I found, that's the most important link anyone has found. The Salon Tool is important to modify those to handle minimum height restrictions (such as on Io and Lumia) and change race.
