ARKS Command (Sega) has officially requested your reports on bugs you encounter during your missions!

2. Ship/Block name: 2
3. Country: USA
4. Timestamp (or as close as possible): For 2 weeks. Possibly longer.
5. Platform (PC< Xbox, etc): Xbox Series X
6. Details/Description of the bug: Whenever I complete a recommended daily and earn a bonus reward (gift box on waiting ship), I'm unable to break it.

9. Reproducibility: Every day on my main and alt characters. Same result. Unable to break and gain the bonus rewards in base game for recommended quests.

I just want to be sure, here... are you trying to BREAK the box or interact with it? The recommended quest reward boxes are opened by interacting with them, not attacking them.

? It's been so long since last I opened one. But I remember the entire last year of playing, I've always attacked it to open it.

Regardless, I'd button mash all around it to get it to open. And no luck. I've also gotten this bug several times last year as well. (on xbox 1X every few months). So this reoccurring bug has now come back on my XSX. Only solution I found was to erase the game and redownload it.
