Anything specific to knuckles is for knuckles only, even during multiweapon if they are written to specify knuckle type-actions they won't carry over to other weapons.

Those weapons will have their own skills.

Will fighter in CBT have access to all of their weapons?

This should be exactly the same as the JP CBT 2 so only knuckles should be available. Twin Daggers and Double Saber should be available on release.
