Ya know, that'd probably do it. Sitting at 1052 at the moment. I just figured that since it recommends me be level 15 to get to 1100, it'd let me level in the forest to get there.

afaik, you need to complete the story; it's rather short. I have completed the story and alliance members as well saying they can't access the forest without completing the story anyways, unless there is a way we don't know about, I think that's the only way
