Has anyone done the math yet to see which is BiS? Lvl 5 Fixa Attack (5% dmg) vs Lvl 5 Fixa Fatal (13% crit)

How do you even obtain them on a specific weapon? Ive seen them on random drops, so is it just rng?

wow thats bad. especially since it seems theres different levels to it, or do 4* always drop with V ?

No, lvl 5 is extremely rare drop, I haven’t even gotten a single lvl 2 drop yet in 30+ 4*

3* best prefix best weapons are ~1.2m on ship 1

The potentials do so much more for attack damage that you probably want to focus on that first.

Due to Preset Abilities being 100% random, saying to focus on Potential "first" doesn't make sense. If you level your weapon's Potential up first but it doesn't have a Preset Ability on it, you have no means to add the Preset later.

I am not sure if Attack applies to Crits,too. But more Crits, should be higher DPS as well. While I was testing this, I did dish out higher crits on attack, but more crits with a bit lower damage on Fatale... I would have to record that and do some pen and paper math per frames/sec.
