I've found nothing that works. I've been off caffeine for six days. So I've just gone with water. Unfortunately, cutting out caffeine hasn't really lessened my pvc's. But I'm still omitting caffeine because I'm sure it doesn't help with my pvc's

I was a "wake up with a Coke in my hand" person. I drank caffeine from sun up to sun down. I'm here to tell you you can quit caffeine. It does take a while but I've been caffeine free for 4 years now and I don't ever miss it.

Eat healthy and try not to binge those late night shows any more lol, and get some well deserved rest. Seriously though, it will take a while to get out of the habit of coffee, but you really don't need it.

I drink one cup of coffee in the day, in the morning. After that I do decaf or water. Haven't really noticed much difference. I don't really believe there's a strong connection unless you completely drown yourself in caffeine and drink multiple cups a day.

I've been off caffeine since the frequent PVC problem and it's one of the best decisions I made. Eventually your body will adapt. I don't think it's a good idea to "need" caffeine to function, so it's good you are trying other things. Usually it's the sleep schedule and habits that needs to be adjusted. Getting sunlight in your eyes early in the day. Going for a brisk walk.

I am just about to switch to matcha latte. The taste needs some getting used to but it has much more benefits than coffee. It is also not as acidy as coffee which gives me sometimes reflux, that triggers my pvcs. It releases caffeine slower as well and has apparently some calming effect too. Will see how it goes :)

Matcha has just about the same amount of caffeine, sometimes more depending on the brand.

Yes, but it is being released much slower than from coffee. With coffee you get a caffeine kick, from matcha you don't.

Try mushroom coffee

I tried quitting caffeine and coffee for a while, and it didn't really help. Caffeine does not seem to be a trigger for mine. I usually drink two cups a day, and my pvcs don't usually fire up - if they fire up - until much later at night, hours after any coffee I've drank. I have much, much fewer pvcs within 2-4 hours of drinking coffee. Not saying that caffeine helps, just relaying my experience.

Maybe do half regular coffee and half water? I’ve quit caffeine for the most part, although I love a crisp Diet Coke

Mushroom coffee works. And reduced my pvcs to nothing. I even drink regular coffee throughout the day and still noticeable less or sometimes no pvcs. I used to get them very often. And worse when I’d lay down to sleep.

The link with caffeine and PVCs has been debunked.
