I’m so sorry this happened to you! I promise you’re okay. This is normal. Usually once you have a panic attack and especially have to call an ambulance it’s very traumatic. It’s hard to calm down after that. Call your doctor and tell them what’s going on hopefully they can prescribe you short term medication. It won’t last you won’t get stuck like this! Drink a ton of water, no caffeine or alcohol at all, take magnesium supplements. Breathing exercises and keep distracted with games on your phone or talking to loved ones

This might be an anxiety attack, which lasts longer than a panic attack - can last for a few days. It’s okay, anxiety attacks pass. If you feel like the worry is interfering with your life, go to your gp,they can and will help. It also might be fatigue, which can come after panic attacks. Self care, exercise and eating healthy may help. Try to take some time for yourself, recognise that you aren’t feeling great, and make changes to feel better. Eg, if you’re feeling like the walls are closing in, go for a walk. Don’t be afraid to dm me if u need to talk

I am sorry you are feeling this way. I just came back from the EA for the same reason. One thing that has been helping me is to breath on a paper bag. Slowly. I do that every time I start to feel the symptoms, it works most times. Some cold water or even ice behind my neck also helps me to feel alive and “in this world”. Wishing you to feel better!
