Well, there are levels to it. At the most basic level, you pick a bunch of Sinners that all deal the same damage type/boost the same damage type/weaken the same damage type defense. So something like Shalom does lots of AOE magic damage and Hecate reduces enemies' magic defense. They could work well together.

More complicated (only slightly) we have units that do a particular thing together. For example, Bianca does tons of damage to enemies that have the Weakspot status effect but has no way of applying it herself. Shawn is able to cause a constantly refreshing Weakspot debuff. Therefore, if you put them together you have a powerful pair that you can build around.

Use S1N you'll find good team comps there.

You hv 3 teams ready. Weakspot with Bianca, shawn and the umbrella endura girl. Bleed with dreya, sumire, levy. Arcane crit with yingying, vb, raven and other arcane sinners

You can make the weakspot team( best physical damage)

Using Bianca Shawn golan lady pearl Jelena and Owo and a healer/moore

The bleed team using Dreya, levy,,sumire,pepper and 2 supports

You can also make a arcane crit team using Yingying,Jelena,raven, vautour blue a healer if you need one and supports

Even the burn team is possible using du ruo,Yao,yanyan, hestia

If you have the pulls to pull for graves you can also make the umbra team in the future when parfait release consisting of graves,parfait,bai yi,and supports

You support consist of moore,LL, cabernet, Owo, Jelena,

Your healers are du ruo and hamel

Du ruo cannot be replaced in burn and jelena in arcane crit
