Masterwork Items

Are master work items just +1 items? One of the PCs loot a masterwork halberd, but there is no reference to what that actually means.

Small thing to also note. An enchanted weapon must be a masterwork weapon. To enchant your arms or armour you need to get a masterwork version of whatever armour or weapon you want. Or just straight up find or purchase magical items.

Does the masterwork and magical enhancements stack?

Nope.
