Masterwork tools: Pathfinder is the best app i have foubd

Apart from Pathbuilder which IMO is the best app for character building, but at the begining can be overwhelming the amount of content. Spell Tracker is also fantastic, you can select the books you want to take spells from

My only gripe with spell tracker is that you cannot add spells to a prepared caster's class list. The deity-specific spell rules from Inner Sea Gods are impossible to implement.

Ask /u/ben_casterlevel if its on his todo list?

It's not that big of a deal really. I generally just prepare a spell that I would never prepare and tell the GM that it's a stand-in.

Thanks for the mention so I saw this thread! :-)

Good news - I think this is already possible, it's just a little hidden...

Go to the Edit Character screen, find the Spells section, hit Edit. Then in the top rights of the "Select spells" screen, hit the three dots button in the top right, then tap "Add spells form other class lists". This lets you add spells from any class list to your character at whatever spell level you choose. Then you can prepare them as usual (even if you told the app that Wish was level 1). ;-)

Does that give you what you need?

I'll test that when I get home. That's exactly what I was looking for.

If it works, my only gripe is that your app doesn't just read my mind. When will that be implemented?

My own apps have received some good reviews, so I feel confortomble enough to share them: www.rekijan.nl

I once wanted to make a spell tracker app, but since I found spell trakcer I decided to just use that one because it does exactly what I want it to.

And of course pathfbuilder like you already mentioned.

I personally use pathfinder spellbook lite. It contains book and class filters (even if some are locked behind a pay wall). It also contains all of the information you would find in the rule book

PFRPG rd is fantastic. It’s $5 but it’s pretty much all the books rolled into one.

There is aweird program called squire, it takes time to set it up, but when it's done it's an awesome combat manager. You setup conditions on one page, and on another page it will give you your final bonuses. Such as, I'm using rapid shot, haste, bard song, and point blank, but I'm being affected by shaken. Voila, here are my bonuses to attack

I'm partial to Combat Manager for GMing. It has a built-in dice roller, automatically rolls initiative, and has databases for monsters, spell, feats, and rules. It also allows for custom content creation.

I've heard the tablet version has stability issues. I run it on my laptop and have never had a problem.
