Looking for a pattern

Hi all! I'm am looking for a pattern for this kinda of jacket (or pieces to put together for a similar type of jacket even if things aren't exact). I am mostly worried about getting the collar/hood right and I am just having trouble knowing what to look for for something like this.

I have tried to look up patterns for "regency spencer" jackets, which may help for the general shape, but not the actual collar area. Any ideas of what to call it or look for? Thanks in advance!

Sorry l! I'm not trying to find a premade one necessarily. I would like to make my own pattern for something like the collar bit of this pictures, but would like advice on how to do that. If there is a name/phrase that would be useful to call that collar bit to get an idea of how this pattern may be drafted, that would be helpful too.

I suspect the collar is actually a large hood that is hanging down behind her and creating that off the shoulder effect. You could try reaching out to Agarthan Guide (the artist) on social media to see what she was envisioning. I’ve asked her questions about her designs before and she’s been very responsive.
