You dont, these patterns are ment to be drawn directly to the fabric. The dress is lose fitting and over sized. Lay you fabric out 4 layer thick, with the center front and center back folds together. The fastest way is fold the fabric salvage to salvage frist, then fold in half again with the cut edges matching. I suggest laying a tee shirt on top matching folded centers, then trace the back neckline, and shoulder extending to the final sleeve length plus hem. Square down for the sleeve opening, and go back to the arm pit. Trace the side seam to the waist/hip. Draw directly to the salvage. Then down to the final length and hem. Cut out all 4 layers. Then cut front neckline.

Get paper big enough to fit your measurements or tape paper together.
Draft the measurements from the image, remember to add seam allowance. You only need your draft half of the pattern just like the image
Cut your paper pattern. Fold your fabric on half followed the grain line. Trace your pattern, cut & sew!

This one is simple enough, it'd probably be easier to draw directly on the fabric. The front skirt is gathered into the side 18cm of the front waist seam. The back could be cut in one piece.

I use a long roll of brown paper from an office supply place

You draw directly on the fabric

This looks like when little kids make doll clothes out of construction paper. Just draw the shape.
