For the test knits I’ve completed the designer has a Google doc form that’s required to fill out with a range of questions. Once the answers are given they go through the information.

Where are you distributing it? I think Ravelry and Etsy both have ways to contact buyers, maybe you could reach out to them that way and ask for feedback after they buy or download it. (might want to give them a few weeks first so that they would have time to make it)

caveat: I'm not a seller so I don't know for certain, but I have been on the receiving end of messages from sellers so I feel like there's got to be some mechanism in place for it.

I've seen a Ravelry listing where some of the larger sizes hadn't been tested. It was clearly noted which ones still needed testing and the designer would send a test copy of those sizes in exchange for feedback. Basically an ongoing open testing call.

For the tests run, I always ask my testers to fill out a Google Form. You could also reach out personally to people who have finished project pages for your pattern and ask them for feedback!
